Blue Nile is looking for a rock star paid social and display marketer to join our team. In this role, you would be responsible for the optimization and execution of our paid social and display campaigns. This role is ideal for a person that loves paid marketing, gets excited by new challenges, and is looking to develop and enhance their performance marketing skillset.  Success in this role will drive YoY revenue and ROI growth for Paid Social and Display. What you will do:

  • Daily monitoring, hands-on management and optimization of paid social and display channels
  • Optimize and manage budget and bids across campaigns, ad sets, and ads for all publishers
  • Work closely and collaborate with internal creative, landing page, brand, and organic social teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies
  • Pull and analyze weekly reports at the campaign, ad set, and ad level
  • Perform competitive analysis on other brands’ ads, creative, and promotional activity and report out on a regular cadence to broader team
  • Stay current on online marketing best practices and always be ready to present new ideas to the rest of the team
  • Work with existing external partners (Facebook, Criteo, etc.) to explore and execute on opportunities
  • Learn independently and from team members with more experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related quantitative fields (Economics, Math, Statistics, or Engineering)
  • 3+ years’ experience working directly in paid social and display ad platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Criteo, etc.)
  • Strong Excel skills are required – do you love PivotTables?
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and to deliver quality results within tight timelines. 
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics or comparable technical marketing stacks) a plus.
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and have fun!
