New Engen is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is obsessed with creating great marketing experiences and earning trust with our clients. As our “next generation marketer,” this is an exciting and meaningful role ideal for someone with enthusiasm, dedication, and a real passion for growing our company to its next phase. The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem solver who is self-motivated, driven to succeed, and works well in teams. Knowledge of paid advertising and experience building campaigns, e.g., AdWords Search, Facebook, are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new campaign possibilities and gaps in current campaigns

• Building and launching new campaigns across channels

• Monitoring the health of campaigns and making adjustments as required

• Working with clients to ensure they are deriving maximum value from the New Engen product

• Identifying new features and working closely with engineering to improve New Engen product

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in teams

• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple competing priorities

• Established track record of producing high-quality analytical results

• Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships at all levels

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and persuasively in both written and oral formats

• Demonstrated leadership experience – driving change and overcoming obstacles

• Working knowledge of statistics and probability
