The Challenge
The Qualtrics Product Marketing team is looking for a process-oriented marketer to help build and drive our go-to-market and launch process, working cross functionally with product leadership, product marketers, sales enablement, growth marketing and sales leadership to drive impactful product launches, launch events, and processes.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, excellent storytelling skills, an ability to create structure and process in ambiguity, and exhibits strong project management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for designing go-to-market process, building standardization across the product portfolio launches, designing impactful launch moments both internally and externally, and building reporting around launch success. You will bring a high degree of emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in ambiguity with a willingness to collaborate and influence across team and organizational boundaries.
Expectations for Success
Qualtrics PMMs are responsible for GTM leadership for their line of business, defining strategic direction, and driving execution to achieve long-term business goals. Your role is to drive these activities at scale, working closely with PMMs and other company stakeholders to ensure prioritization and successful launches and GTM motions across all product lines. Success will be measured in tangible terms - revenues, pipeline, usage or other metrics directly impacted by your activities that scale across the various business lines and regions. You will be expected to know our suite of products, create and foster strong connection and feedback channels across various teams, and execute successful launch events and moments in partnership with various stakeholders. You’ll be strategic, detail-oriented, and highly cross functional while owning the following primary responsibilities:
- Oversees the calendar for product and feature launches, coordinating timing of key launches with GTM team, PMM leads, Growth Marketing, and PR.
- Works with Launch & GTM team to plan and execute big internal and external product moments on a quarterly basis
- Owns production and send of monthly product email newsletter, coordination of product roadmap and product innovation assets to drive CS and Sales conversations across all product lines
- Manages and streamlines product oriented slack channels and conversations, creating an open conversation between internal audiences and PMMs
- Owns production and finalizing of the monthly product updates in LMS with product marketing managers
- Manages the partnership with video vendor and ongoing video marketing needs, coordinating with respective PMMs on individual video needs while coordinating “Project Sizzle video” and ongoing video asks
- Establishes strong partnership with APJ Sales, Enablement, and CS leadership to gather ongoing feedback about launch and product feedback
- Oversees APJ & LATAM launch moment planning and calendar coordination with APJ enablement, sales, and CS leaders, including promotion and execution of quarterly launch events.
