As a result, our business is growing at a record pace and is recognized as an industry and market leader.

Role

This new role will position and market our Risk Management products to IT and security personas, including third-party risk managers, and drive projects that help grow the overall risk business. Your mission is to develop clear messaging and solutions around key domains and use cases for IT risk and compliance, including digital risk, vendor risk, cyber risk, and compliance. You’ll support product launches, “better together” integrations, and industry solutions with related products and partners.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Work closely with product management, sales, and global marketing partners to make your products and solutions successful and hit NNACV and renewal targets

  • Apply your subject matter expertise, experience, and competitive perspective to identify audience, buyer needs, and focus messaging, and campaign strategy for success

  • Adapt marketing strategy and materials as our agile developers roll out capabilities and integrations on a multiple release/year cadence

  • Collaborate to integrate risk and compliance messaging and go to market with ServiceNow’s other products and partner offerings to expand market opportunities and TAM

  • Advocate creatively to customers, prospects, and peers (including social media programs, webinars, blogs, etc.)

  • Enable sales and partners with domain-centered training, persona-based use-cases, and value stories

  • Nurture prospect and customer engagement at key corporate and industry events, user meetings, and community.servicenow.com

  • Develop a portfolio of happy customers that can be used as Sales references and public Case Studies, as well as in user groups and events

  • Strategize and invent compelling and persuasive content for traditional and digital marketing programs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant product marketing and subject matter expertise:

  • 4+ years direct experience with IT risk and compliance product marketing and relevant domains

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product marketing

  • Experience working with strategic advisories a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, MBA preferred

  • Creative and innovative storyteller to break through market noise and inertia

  • Visual thinker and proven speaker with strong presentation development skills (samples requested)

  • Excellent persuasive writing (samples will be required)

  • Success developing positioning, differentiation, and messaging to target personas

  • Success in content strategy and development across the buyer’s journey (your framework may vary)

  • Ability to develop launch and GTM plans to meet business goals, operationalize them, and deliver outcomes with minimal direction

  • Ability to lead and motivate others through excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills

  • Bridge-builder who creates trusted relationships across extended virtual teams

  • Confidence and work ethic to perform exceptionally in a fast-changing, demanding, and unstructured work environment

  • Curiosity and eagerness to experiment for product marketing excellence, with a sense of humor and humility

An Insider's view of ServiceNow

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I am a working mom, and I appreciate the privilege of being able to work from home when I need to adjust my hours. I could be offline for two hours in the middle of the day because there's a school event for my kids. To be able to do so without the pressure of, "Oh my goodness! Now it's going to make me look bad," I don't take that for granted.

Kurdin

Manager, Strategy & Operations

What does your typical day look like?

I work in global cloud services and constantly collaborate with people–every day is different. I could be working on product design, collaborating with folks in other organizations, driving decisions, assessing technology, and talking with customers.

Bill

Distinguished Systems Architect

What does career growth look like on your team?

Since joining ServiceNow, I've built out my leadership team, and 60% are women. My goal for my team is to create opportunities and a platform to showcase the incredible impact that they're having on the business, whether that's having them lead a critical initiative with cross-functional visibility or present during a C-suite meeting.

Vanessa

President, ServiceNow.org

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

In this expanding hybrid world, people conduct millions of transactions on a regular basis, creating more data and processes to manage. So, continuing to offer new solutions, while scaling to the expectations of the modern world, is a challenge we are excited to take on. We are driving new levels of productivity, automation, and innovation.

Pat

Chief Technology Officer

What are some things you learned at the company?

Sometimes, we feel a little self-conscious. We may feel intimated or too shy to share our points of view. But in order to make an impact, we need to be able to trust our voice.

Ying

Director, Product Design
