Outreach is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing for one of our most valuable assets - our website! 


This role will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing GTM and will lead the strategy and priorities for Outreach.io as well as other key web experiences. You will work cross-functionally and with agencies to develop strategies that drive awareness and accelerate product adoption. Outreach.io is the “front door” to Outreach, and you will help shape our web narrative and brand experience, determine how to showcase our products in the most compelling and engaging ways, and support various customer personas throughout their web-based journeys with Outreach. 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Developing a strong vision for our website that supports all stages of the customer journey and delivers on the needs of internal key stakeholders to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Analyzing market trends, web traffic data, and customer feedback to continuously deliver a world class Outreach web experience that customers love
  • Ensuring consistent brand representation & voice across all our web properties to deliver a connected, holistic experience for customers
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Design, Demand Generation, and agencies to execute a cohesive plan
  • Monitoring & tracking website and landing page performance to determine impact & optimizing for continuous improvement
  • Monitoring competing and best-in-class web experiences to continually push the Outreach web experience bar in ways that delight customers and drive our business forward

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working as a product marketer, product manager, or role with deep web experience in the technology industry
  • Proficient understanding of SaaS technology, vernacular and landscape
  • Impeccable organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills and a track record for delivering clear and compelling web experiences to drive business and customer outcomes
  • Demonstrated product marketing abilities to drive awareness and accelerate usage of products
  • Ability to showcase a portfolio of B2B web content that demonstrates a track record in web product marketing or management
