The Challenge
The Qualtrics Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to drive our GTM, positioning, and vision for XM Services. XM Services refers to the portfolio of Delivery, Implementation, Advisory, Consulting and Managed Services provided by Qualtrics and its ecosystem of strategic partners to drive value and success realizations with our customers.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of B2B Marketing experience, a solid understanding of the business applications landscape for both technical and non-technical users, and brings excellent storytelling skills. In this role, you will launch new offerings, define and refine positioning and messaging, create high quality customer facing content used by Qualtrics and partner sales teams, , translate “product speak” to “value speak” , develop new sales plays and lead sales enablement. You will bring a high degree of emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in ambiguity with a willingness to collaborate and influence across team and organizational boundaries.
The Expectation for Success
Qualtrics PMMs are responsible for GTM leadership for their line of business, defining strategic direction, and driving execution to achieve long-term business goals. Success will be measured in tangible terms - revenues, pipeline, usage or other metrics directly impacted by your marketing activities. You will be expected to know your product, customers and market so intimately that you define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible, and monetizable market position. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative with the following primary responsibilities:
- Build operational cadence and serve as a key member of the XM Services GTM leadership
- Monitors business metrics in regard to revenue, pipeline, win rate, attach rates, CSAT, customer adoption and product portfolio mix. Communicate these metrics to the senior management team along with appropriate corrective action plans.
- Own messaging, positioning and value proposition for the entire Services portfolio, as well as individual services offerings
- Develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans and campaigns that effectively drive awareness and adoption of XM services.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams with playbooks, solution presentations and battlecards
- Lead trainings and enablement of sales and delivery organizations
- Develop and execute on launch plans for launching new solution offerings both internally (via customer facing roles like Sales and Customer Success) and externally (with customers , partners and analysts )
- Create and maintain customer evidence for use in sales presentations, PR, analyst relations etc.
- Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace
- Drive efforts with product management to define an overall roadmap of offerings that will drive the long term growth of the organization
