About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the Go to Market (GTM) strategy for new Knock products, and wants to be in the driver’s seat for their awareness and adoption. This role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, a mastery of demand generation tactics, and the desire to test and learn in order to find success. As our Product Marketing Manager, you are an essential piece of our growth plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the multifamily property management industry, technology ecosystem, and competitive offering strengths / weaknesses.
  • Work with Product, Account Management, and Sales to develop an expert-level understanding of the pain points experienced by our market.
  • Develop compelling positioning & messaging for new products that differentiates and resonates with key personas.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy, including planning the launch of new product features and managing the cross-functional release.
  • Act as the conduit for internal training, marketing / sales collateral, implementation guides, and support materials.
  • Work with marketing teammates in PR, Content, Design, and Events to deliver impactful campaigns that deliver results. 
  • Deliver and execute a testing roadmap for outbound marketing channels that helps us learn throughout the duration of launch cycles.

Required Background, Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or demand generation at a company with a high-velocity product team.
  • Experience executing cross-functional GTM plans for technology products by partnering with account management, sales and support.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds of execution in order to maintain timelines and exceed goals. 
  • You are a natural communicator that is able to contribute written content and provide constructive feedback on visual content.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify risks, manage expectations, and do what it takes to deliver projects on time
  • Strong analytical background and analysis capabilities with direct experience successfully managing and optimizing marketing investments to achieve P&L and ROI targets and objectives.
