About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will build, lead, and iterate on our go-to-market strategy, product/feature roadmap prioritization, and positioning and messaging. As part of the product organization, you will drive a preference for our product and services by highlighting our value propositions, differentiators, and visionary roadmap to connect new and current customers to our solutions. This is a tremendous opportunity to deepen and codify across the market how and why Optimize Health is the market leader in remote patient monitoring.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leads core platform go-to-market launches and kick-off meetings, own the creation, finalization, and socialization of each release and relevant user persona(s), value proposition, and relevant bill of materials (pitch slide, demo talk track, etc.).
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Content personnel to create integrated marketing plans and messaging campaigns for social media, customer newsletters, and more.
  • Deliver sales enablement efforts by iterating on training, success metrics, and a library enablement materials.
  • Craft concise and compelling solution messaging from voice of the customer research and interviews, market research, and competitive analysis for use by sales, demand generation/content, and client success teams.
  • Drive a preference for our product and services through concise and compelling content that highlights our value propositions, differentiators, and visionary roadmap to connect new and current customers to our solutions.
  • Measure customer adoption of product releases through available data sources, including in-app insights, Pendo, and Tableau.
  • Craft and publish customer case studies/testimonials to highlight value, differentiation and use cases to build social proof library.
  • Collect and analyze competitor and industry trends to inform product priorities, identify opportunities, and opportunities to further own market.
  • Build and maintain battlecards, library of competitor research, win/loss analysis, and objection trends and resolution.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain cadence and channel of insights to stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Two or more years experience in a Product Marketing role in healthcare IT company or B2B technology SaaS startup, health technologies a plus.
  • Experience delivering product launches to market Experience leading key GTM programs, including product launches, sales enablement efforts, competitive analysis, and content creation across the sales funnel.
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, patients and end users, and industry analysts.
  • Persuasive writing and ability to articulate and present a strategy.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams, moving people to a decision, and filling in gaps.
  • Desire to put customers, users, and patients first to achieve our mission of helping practices and patients.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through negotiation and persuasion, as well as to make important trade-offs.
