The Challenge
The Global Communications team is looking for a Specialist to support a fast-growing PR team across high visibility operational projects and product PR support. You will be a trusted project manager and a clear communicator to ensure projects are executed masterfully. You will also be expected to use data to inform decision-making and are willing to provide thoughtful feedback to leadership and team members.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to support product PR storytelling and should have an interest in learning about the Qualtrics product and media relations. If you are scrappy, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Expectations for Success
- Oversee the PR team’s media management processes, including media lists, launch calendars, coverage monitoring and reporting
- Develop and execute product PR plans for one our core product lines, including writing blog posts/press releases and developing media pitches
- Partner with our Europe and Asia communications teams to amplify news, thought leadership, and customer stories globally
- Build and nurture media relationships across various tech/trade publications
- Support PR launches and campaigns from pitch and media list development to reporting and internal amplification
- Create briefing documents for Qualtrics spokespeople in support of launches or interview opportunities
- Become an expert in the systems and technologies related to the team’s work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and able to clearly communicate status and impact to stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in public relations at an agency or in-house
- Interest working in the enterprise software / SaaS industry
- Interest in developing media relations skills
- Excellent writing skills and critical thinking ability
- Strong research, communication, and project management skills
- Experience in business, marketing, PR, communications, or related field preferred
