About the Role

The DreamBox marketing team is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, new business, and renewals for the western region. This role will work directly with the sales team to develop and implement strategic field marketing plans to drive MQLs, pipeline opportunities, and conversion through targeted, compelling marketing campaigns, from digital programs to in-person and online events. These highly personalized campaigns will support sales with their regional prospecting efforts by deeply connecting the buyer with the DreamBox value proposition. The ideal candidate has a desire to win, reaching segmented audiences with a targeted approach, proactively reporting results and using data to drive decisions, and excels at cross-team collaboration and communication, particularly with the sales organization.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with product marketing, sales, sales operations, and account management teams to deliver effective regional programs and campaigns aligned to business objectives. This role is Bellevue, WA, or Remote based. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • The Regional Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives while closely collaborating with the sales organization. This includes responsibilities such as managing all regional campaigns, as well as supporting the strategy and execution of our high-impact, in-person, and online events.
  • Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy
  • Act as liaison between sales field teams and marketing department
  • Create and deploy integrated field campaigns and account-based marketing campaigns using email marketing, direct mail marketing, public relations, online/offline events, and other channels
  • Project manage the creation of regional marketing collateral and content
  • Work closely with the Senior Events & Tradeshow manager to contribute to building overall strategy of live and virtual events plan
  • Craft and deploy promotional emails and landing pages to support campaigns.
  • Invest in key partnerships with local businesses/organizations who can help with our word of mouth campaigns and build community relations
  • Track and report on the success of regional marketing initiatives and use data to drive performance and decision making
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships with regard to field marketing materials

About You

  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 2+ years of regional or field marketing experience
  • Detailed knowledge of full range of marketing channels
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Good project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, schedule, and plan across several ongoing projects
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
  • Fun, creative, insightful, and not afraid to share your opinion
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize to meet goals
  • Team player who isn’t afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty
  • Must be able to travel 15-20%
  • Located in the Bellevue, Washington area or remote within the territory
