About the role:
The DreamBox marketing team is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, new business, and renewals on a regional level throughout the US. This role will develop and implement strategic regional marketing plans through targeted, effective marketing campaigns, in-person and online events, will support sales with their regional prospecting efforts. The ideal candidate has a passion for all things marketing, reaching segmented audiences with a targeted approach, and excels at cross-team collaboration and communication, particularly with the sales organization.
The Regional Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives at DreamBox Learning while closely collaborating with the sales organization. This includes responsibilities such as managing all regional campaigns, and support the strategy and execution of our high-impact, in-person and online events.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as liaison between sales field teams and marketing department
- Create and deploy regional and account-based marketing email campaigns
- Project manage the creation of regional marketing collateral
- Track and report on the success of various regional marketing initiatives as they relate to overall company goals
- Work closely with Director of Marketing to contribute to building overall strategy of live and virtual events plan
- Pioneer a branded event series for customers and prospects
- Plan, execute, and measure both national and regional virtual and in-person events (will require travel)
- Manage event budget, vendors, resources, travel, and on-site teams
- Craft and deploy promotional emails and landing pages to support events and webinars
- Manage and maintain the company eStore of sales field materials
- Build and maintain vendor relationships with regard to project management of event logistics and field marketing materials
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 2+ years of regional or field marketing experience
- Detailed knowledge of full range of marketing activities
- Experience in event management
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience in vendor management
- Good project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, schedule and plan across several ongoing projects
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels
- Fun, creative, and insightful, and not afraid to share your opinion
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize to meet goals
- Team player who isn’t afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty
- Comfortable in a start-up environment
