About the Position:

You will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation  and will collaborate with cross departmental teams in executing campaigns and programs that support sales in converting new Catholic Parish prospect accounts.  You'll be expected to manage campaigns from ideation through post-campaign reporting. You’ll track lifecycle programs to ultimately increase Pushpay’s inbound marketing success within this segment of the Catholic prospect market. This position ensures the delivery of a variety of initiatives that power our company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and execution of strategic demand generation plans to help open sales conversations with prospect Parish’ within the Catholic market
  • Lead the design, execution, optimization of creative marketing campaigns geared to convert Catholic Parish’ to Pushpay customers. Including the ongoing optimization of persona-based, denomination-based, and integration-based nurture streams
  • Creation and ownership of the strategic plan for Parish’ acquisition within the Catholic market including, position, goals/objectives and tactical planning
  • Ownership of targeted events, direct mail, webinars, email programs, nurture campaigns, advertising, and content syndication to support sales opportunity pipeline goals 
  • Definition of goals and key performance indicators for the Parish acquisition program within the Catholic market
  • Lead regular internal communications of all new and upcoming programs and ownership of ongoing communication to stakeholders on the sales team 
  • Work closely with the content marketing team to produce creative and engaging marketing assets including infographics, slide-shares, social posts, landing pages, podcasts, product collateral, email offers, and other tools as needed
  • Measure the results of marketing campaigns and use those learnings to inform future campaigns. You’ll monitor performance via real-time listening and analytics dashboards, pivoting and responding as needed 
  • Project manage and collaborate to execute on deliverables including timelines, ROI/results, and changes/improvements
  • Strategic decision-making that matches the needs of the sales team, helping field sales achieve their business objectives by generating opportunities
  • Work to identify and drive deployment of new segmentation based nurture programs with new and refreshed content 
  • Connecting on a regular cadence with sales leadership as well as providing content strategy and execution by sales stage

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in leading integrated content campaigns for a high-tech company
  • Experience working with enterprise level sales teams
  • Excellent writer and communicator (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ambitious and a self-starter. Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Demonstrable understanding of marketing concepts, metrics, and tools
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and optimization
  • Ability with driving programs and projects across cross functional teams within an organization
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketo, and project management tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Past experience and proficiency with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics a plus
  • Basic understanding of the relationship of Catholic market a plus
  • Marketo experience preferred
  • Basic fluency in Spanish a plus

Pay for CO state: $73/K- 87/K (DOE)

Pay for other states: Varies based on location

For WA & CO - In office, will need to physically work in our WA or CO office (when permitted back)
