SEM Analyst
We are looking for a creative and results oriented Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign Analyst. A successful candidate will have excellent creative skills, capacity for making data-driven business decisions and aptitude working with internal and third party campaign management tools. You will identify opportunities for campaign performance optimization through analysis of KPI’s and work closely with our Business Intelligence team to formalize empirical analysis. The Role You Will Have
- Create, implement, track, analyze an optimize Paid Search campaigns in GoogleAds and BingAds
- Plan and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals
- Utilize successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management on pay-per-click search engines to hit target profit goals and efficiency metrics
- Actively test and analyze keywords, creatives, and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
- Communicate key metrics, goal attainment and optimization opportunities to greater team
- Aggressively drive strategic direction on all aspects of managed accounts, including quarterly testing roadmaps, planning initiatives, and business opportunity identification and implementation
- Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques to increase overall search marketing performance efficiency
- Ability for in-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score)
What You Will Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, with marketing coursework
- 2-3 years of Search Engine Marketing experience, managing high volume ad buys
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the SEM programs and to expand upon that success
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing
- Exceptional quantitative skills an aptitude including advanced Excel skills (pivot table, charts, Vlookup)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
