OneCare Media is a high-growth, digital media startup committed to bettering the health & wellness of our community.  Through expert-driven resources and curated recommendations, OneCare helps consumers make better informed, more personalized decisions in their healthcare journeys.

We are in the early stages of what we can achieve and are looking for a talented self-starter in this Business Strategy role.  This role is based in Seattle but will be remote through 2021.

About the Role

As an early member of the Strategy & Analytics team, you will work on a range of high-impact initiatives across the company.  You will transform large datasets into actionable insights that drive the types of content and media we generate for our readers.  The successful candidate will pair their analytical talent with a strategic, creative mindset to develop new ways of analyzing & growing the business.

What You'll Do

• Drive Growth: Use data to identify, quantify, and execute against high-potential growth opportunities.   This role will focus on on-page content and multi-channel marketing strategies
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting:  Analyze KPI performance to recommend changes in business strategy and identify optimization opportunities
  
• Business Partnership:  Collaborate closely with our Content, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to answer complicated questions & drive actionable insights

This role is a rare opportunity to have visibility across a rapidly growing startup and to play a key role in projects critical to scaling the business. The size of our team and the stage of our growth means you will get your hands on a variety of unique and challenging projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics or related)
• 2+ years of work experience, including prior experience at a high-growth start-up, consulting, or investment banking
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, with impressive attention to detail
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
• A willingness to get your hands dirty -- you enjoy a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment where everyone pitches in to get the job done
