Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search & Programmatic

Databricks is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will report to the Director, Digital Marketing. You will focus on channel growth and acquiring new customers through Paid Search and Programmatic (display and video) media channels. You will partner with key stakeholders to create overall channel plans that map to campaign goals, providing strategic scale and optimization opportunities, developing and applying best practices to improve the customer journey, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals. You will oversee global execution resources, dig into the data, and provide insights across the marketing team.
The impact you will have:
- Build Paid Search and Programmatic channel strategies that scale globally and reach our target audiences across all major markets, with a seamless customer experience.
- Increase brand awareness, achieve new logos and business pipeline targets, and expand usage at existing customers through assigned media channels, globally.
- Maintain a channel roadmap and test plan that supports innovation, capability expansion, and performance improvements within the channels.
- Strengthen partnerships with our agency and account teams to maximize added-value and bring new opportunities to the table.
- Apply channel best practices to improve campaigns, ensuring they achieve business goals.
- Improve our budget management, bidding, targeting, and measurement strategies in the channels to improve efficiency and scale.
What we look for:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years of experience in Paid Search and Programmatic media
- B2B SaaS experience, in a fast-growing organization
- Experience managing a small, in-house or agency execution team
- Experience working with complex data sets (Tableau & Salesforce experience) to make data-informed decisions and share thoughtful insights
- Experience scaling global Paid Search and Programmatic programs, having worked with team members across multiple regions, languages
- Expert in Google and Bing Ads - platform certified
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Intellimize (or similar tools)
