Your Role and Impact

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Marketing Manager with experience driving awareness, adoption and retention of a service or product. You will develop, manage and execute impactful marketing programs with our largest partner populations in order to meet success metrics and objectives. Your work will be integral in shaping an engagement strategy that scales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise and channel partner relationships around engagement strategy and planning, customizing and optimizing efforts for diverse populations
  • Manage marketing programs and maintain timely communications with numerous accounts, balancing external deadlines and requirements with internal teams
  • Develop and implement patient-facing programs to achieve registration, engagement and retention goals 
  • Drive end-to-end creation of programs and tests, including collaborating with design and writing resources to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Use analytics and user insights to inform communication planning and guide partners on how to maximize results, making continuous improvements based on performance and trends

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience
  • Direct experience working and driving success with enterprise customers or external partners
  • Experience in healthcare or employee benefits
  • Ability to travel to both local and national client sites as needed
  • Experience in digital marketing, direct marketing and/or event management
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels within an organization, bringing together internal teams and managing vendor relationships
  • Experience building and engaging audiences through various channels
  • Established track record of creating and implementing successful new programs or campaigns
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications, including strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collect, analyze and synthesize data
