Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and execute all Amperity events including trade shows, in-market road shows and networking events, webinars, our annual user conference.
  • Manage the production of all pre- and post-event marketing and communications including emails, landing pages, invitations, event-specific blogs and social posts, and event PR and advertising as needed.
  • Own the production of all swag, collateral, trade show booths, and other event materials.
  • Produce and manage event budgets, and post event reporting and analysis.

About You

  • 5-7 years experience running B2B marketing events at a fast-paced startup or technology company, and a passion for creating incredible event experiences.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent deliverables, with meticulous project management and communications skills.
  • Ability to work with team members across many diverse functions including sales, marketing, and leadership to bring best-in-class events to life.
  • Highly detailed oriented, and a flexible executor who can manage the vibrant personalities and real-time challenges inherent to live events.
