About the Role 

RealSelf is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Lifecycle & Product Marketing to drive Provider customer activation, content engagement, and upgrades, but above all easily understand and realize the value RealSelf is delivering.  In this role, you’ll partner closely with product and sales to develop and execute on the customer lifecycle strategy. Through customer data, research, and analyses, you’ll develop a deep knowledge of how provider customers and their staff adopt, use, and realize the value of RealSelf, and in turn advise on and own programs to improve and accelerate adoption & value perception. A successful candidate will be analytical, customer-obsessed, and excited about the opportunity to help providers both achieve and easily understand their ROI. We are open to this being a remote role in the US. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product, Sales, and Data-ops to create the ideal customer lifecycle, focusing on programs (and influencing product strategies) that drive new user activation, ongoing education, expansion, upgrades, retention, and win back.
    • Ensure adoption and success of the new pricing model to prioritized target segments. 
    • Own GTM strategy, execution, and on-going optimizations for all out-of-product including value prop development, segmented messaging and positioning, customer adoption/feedback/and realized value of products and features, and integrated lifecycle optimizations.
    • Be the internal expert on the provider customer lifecycle, advising on how doctors and office staff adopt and use RealSelf. And the leading advocate for our doctor customer- influencing the product roadmap to ensure doctors are realizing optimal value from RealSelf.
  • Own evaluation of the impact of lifecycle programs and monitor the overall health of the funnel (Partnering with analytics, data-ops, and the Lifecycle manager).
  • Be the owner of provider sponsor customer brand perception- create programs and lead go-to-market efforts to create RealSelf super users and fans.
  • Manage direct report(s).  

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of marketing experience with > 2 recent years in B2B
  • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing
    • 1+ year of product marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of multi-stage customer lifecycles across segments
  • Thorough understanding of customer marketing and nurture — experience creating, deploying, and optimizing complex automated marketing campaigns
  • Strong storyteller with demonstrable experience creating compelling marketing copy
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and proven ability to make informed decisions when the answers aren’t immediately clear
  • Extensive experience with experimentation (e.g. A/B tests, multi-variant tests)
  • Experience and comfort with data analysis to measure marketing impact
  • Experience with marketing automation & email marketing platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, analytics and design partners
  • BA/BS degree required

Work Environment:

RealSelf employees work from 26 states in the United States; while we have offices in Seattle, Washington we are a remote-first company. 

This fully remote role is open to candidates in most states. Working remotely from a primary residence outside the United States is currently not permitted for this role.
