The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will be will be responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy and activities that support our business objectives. This role will specialize in developing integrated marketing campaigns and programs across all relevant channels and will manage several projects for marketing and eCommerce integration.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business goals and objectives into marketing plans, actionable integrated campaign strategies and audience-specific content marketing strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns by employing a mix of creative tactics, including multi-channel digital programs, content marketing, search engine optimization, account-based marketing, social media, events, advertising and direct mail
  • Produce effective sales tools and marketing materials including web content and marketing campaign assets
  • Accountable for content marketing initiatives, including case studies, webinars, videos and advertisements
  • Ensure that the organizations brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Plan and carry out timely campaign delivery and execution
  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance against metrics
  • Identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct throughout a campaign to optimize the programs performance
  • Manage the overall creation and execution of campaigns on budget, on time and on target
  • Communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence to ensure stakeholder alignment

Must-Have Super Hero Gadgetry

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field of study preferred
  • 3-5 years in digital marketing and campaign management experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in creating and executing strategies that drive demand through digital channels
  • Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation
  • Outstanding B2B writing and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability utilizing knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • Adept with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and paid advertising techniques
  • Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables
  • Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
