AmazonSmile is redefining how technology, business and philanthropy intersect.

The Team. How often do you get the opportunity to join a team whose goal is to engage Amazon customers by building a forum for them to impact the causes that are meaningful to them? To date more than $150 million has been disbursed to charities.

The Role. This role is responsible for driving AmazonSmile acquisition and engagement worldwide by developing cross channel marketing plans that include messaging, customer segmentation, channel plans and projections. Additionally, this role will seek out partnership opportunities with external partners and other Amazon teams to cross promote AmazonSmile. Success in this role requires strong program management and a passion for understanding customer behavior through research, data analysis and experimentation. You are highly organized and you possess an analytical approach to marketing, leveraging data to drive decisions. This role will work closely with many stakeholders, as one’s ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders will be key to achieving growth targets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a candidate with experience in multi-channel marketing and experience with working with external partners. 5+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services · Proven track-record of managing and delivering life cycle programs identifying customer actions and conversions for each stage and achieving those KPIs · Experience managing engagement and retention focused programs across diverse channels (cross-site, email, push messaging) and Paid media. Use of analytics to evaluate online customer behavior, expertise in A/B testing and optimizations · Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail. · Bachelor's degree required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

You are comfortable navigating technical integration and collaborating with internal technical stakeholders to improve marketing performance. Aptitude with basic SQL queries. MBA preferred
