Senior Marketing Manager, ENT

You will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and will collaborate with cross departmental teams in executing campaigns and programs to our enterprise segment of prospect accounts. The Senior Manager, ENT will also manage a team of marketing managers accountable to delivering marketing programs to their respective segments. You will play an integral role in orchestrating customer acquisition campaigns to support our enterprise sales team. You will collaborate with people from all functions and with key members of our executive team every day, while working to help our customers achieve their mission.

About the position:

The Senior Marketing Manager, ENT will be responsible for leading marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans that drive growth at the enterprise segment of prospect accounts. You will lead campaign plans in partnership with cross-functional team support including, sales, product marketing, and content marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and execution of strategic demand generation plans to help open sales conversations with our top strategic target accounts and all up enterprise segment 
  • Oversee and manage marketing managers responsible for SMB and partner marketing segments 
  • Creation and ownership of the strategic plan for the ENT segment including, position, goals/objectives and tactical planning
  • Ownership of targeted events, direct mail, webinars, email programs, nurturing campaigns, advertising, and content syndication to support sales opportunity pipeline goals at the ENT segment
  • Definition of goals, and key performance indicators for the ENT segment
  • Work with the Content Marketing Manager, ENT to define the content strategy for the ENT segment, and forward looking plan
  • Lead the design, execution, optimization of creative marketing campaigns for the enterprise segment (this includes the ongoing optimization of email campaigns, offers, and advertising efforts) 
  • Strategic decision-making that matches the needs of the sales team, helping field sales achieve their business objectives by generating opportunities
  • Drive marketing innovation and creativity to strategically make an impact at the enterprise segment while actively applying audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and goals
  • Serve as the point person for the Sales team to educate and inform them of programs, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution, and follow-up
  • Collaborate across teams to analyze program performance across channels, programs, and promotional activities to maximize ROI
  • Work to identify and drive deployment of ongoing nurture programs with new and refreshed content 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years in a performance marketing role
  • Experience working with enterprise level sales teams
  • Familiarity with owning and executing on marketing events (webinars, conferences, exclusive events)
  • Working understanding with account based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Analytical mentality and a data-informed approach
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns and generating demand through revenue-driving programs
  • Project management with multiple complex stakeholder groups at multiple levels of Marketing
  • Knowledge of conference management, event planning, inbound marketing, and account-based marketing
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams and personalities
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketo, and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree or related marketing and sales experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience reporting using tools such as salesforce and bizible
  • Previous people manager experience

This position is located in Redmond, WA.  The candidate will need to be physically located in our WA HQ office.
