Job Description
The Executive Programs team is responsible for curating and delivering high impact experiences that focus on ServiceNow’s transformational solutions for our most senior-level customers. We do this by driving cross-customer engagement and bringing executives together to collaborate on their most pressing issues in a peer-to-peer environment.
This person will assist in the development and execution of programs aligned to our most strategic accounts and broader marketing programs aligned to global ServiceNow conferences.
The ideal candidate has field marketing experience working with sales, superb relationship-building skills and the ability to function within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a multi-city roadshow plan and execution strategy that brings ServiceNow executives within regions globally to meet with our top customers and prospects
Develop and support executive programming aligned to the Now at Work global conference series – new executive tracks and ServiceNow strategic engagements while in region
Support and manage executive programming within the ServiceNow annual user conference, Knowledge – CIO Decisions, Exec Connect, and CS Insights
Manage communications with executive leadership, sales leadership, and field marketing to drive strategic audience acquisition
Provide business value updates and metrics to marketing and sales stakeholders
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 12+ years field marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS / Enterprise Software growth company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels of management, conceptually and tactically.
Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
Experience successfully interfacing with external vendors and external marketing agencies
Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage customers
Follows a metrics driven, analytical approach
Domestic travel required up to 50% to support onsite programs
Bachelor level degree in related field or equivalent working experience
