In order to advance our mission to – “Enable Personalized Care for Every Cancer Patient,” we are seeking candidates for the following role:

 

Role Description

The Senior Marketing Manager, Pharmaceutical Solutions will be at the center of showcasing the value of Navigating Cancer’s platform to the pharmaceutical industry. This role will lead the company’s pharma marketing efforts and drive successful execution across the marketing mix – from positioning and messaging to PR, events, GTM strategies and more. Their work will engage several cross-functional stakeholders across the company and empower the sales team with impactful sales tools, presentations, case studies and ROI evidence to demonstrate the value of our patient education, medication adherence and data/insights solutions. In this senior individual contributor role, the successful candidate will have relevant experience marketing products or services to leading pharmaceutical manufacturers and will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy as well as executing key tactics to deliver results. The desire and ability to work effectively and independently in a startup environment is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an effective marketing strategy to grow Navigating Cancer’s Pharmaceutical Solutions business in key market segments
  • Develop compelling value propositions by market segment and buyer persona. Identify and develop ways to communicate the product value proposition using sales tools, ROI models, blog posts, webinars, customer profiles, case studies, and more
  • Lead product positioning and messaging for these solutions to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling that reinforces the core value propositions
  • Lead pharma Account Based Marketing efforts to target and influence key accounts in collaboration with the sales team and in support of strategic product initiatives
  • Develop high-quality, segment-focused content to support awareness, demand generation activities and sales enablement, including blog posts, publications, data sheets, product demos, white papers, case studies, sales presentations, etc.
  • Drive GTM strategies in close collaboration with product management, sales, support and other teams to ensure successful product launches. Apply product marketing approaches to help drive product adoption, utilization and ultimately cultivate customer evangelists
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on the product roadmap and influence features and priorities based on sales team, customer and market feedback.
  • Partner with the Pharma Sales team to develop product sales strategies and supporting campaigns that drive business results.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years B2B business or product/program marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree in marketing/business
  • Directly relevant experience marketing products or services to leading pharmaceutical companies is required.
  • Experience in oncology is highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker who also likes to get things done, is constantly innovating and comfortable with learning (and sometimes failing) fast, and using data to drive key decision making
  • Flexible “roll up your sleeves” style to work hard and drive results from strategy through execution and tactics
  • Outstanding oral & written communication skills; ability to build relationships and rapport with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
  • Passion for the mission of Navigating Cancer and a strong desire to impact an up-and-coming healthcare technology company while improving the lives of cancer patients
  • Excited to partner with both customers and a variety of cross-functional teams including product management, sales, support, project management and executives to meet business objectives
