We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company through demand generation, content, product marketing and public relations initiatives. The Senior Marketing Manager is a critical member of a small, nimble and very collaborative marketing organization. You are joining a group of team players that are all committed to a common agenda, and regularly cross job description boundaries to share the load on large projects or when priorities shift.

 

Candidates must be very self-motivated and versatile, and embody creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail and project management skills. You identify as a messaging lead and content strategist, and you are passionate about the art and science of effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Research industry trends and developments and collaborate with internal teams (sales/leadership/product development) to position Twistle’s brand in product positioning and messaging so that it resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Develop campaign initiatives that attract and nurture qualified buyers.
  • Create content to power campaigns including collateral, blog posts, social posts, web copy, newsletters, articles, white papers, corporate announcements, award submissions, conference speaker abstracts, webinars and other creative content.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into clients, and continually refine our process to convert leads.
  • Establish a sustainable, strategic approach to PR based on adding value to media outlets, journalists, event managers and national organizations.
  • Develop relevant messaging and produce press releases, speaker abstracts and articles that promote Twistle clients.
  • Collaborate with product management to educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits through product release notes, user guides and other materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of healthcare IT or healthcare-related experience in content marketing, product marketing, demand generation or corporate communications
  • Deep understanding of the role of technology in demand generation success including CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, SEO, social media and analytics.
  • Outstanding writing skills, and able to adopt the company's brand "voice" in all developed content.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data.
  • Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, clients, cross-functional teams and third parties – a team player!
