Outreach is seeking a Senior Portfolio Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record for bringing products and innovations to market with high customer impact and satisfaction to drive product momentum and revenue growth at a global scale in the B2B SaaS market. This person will report to the Director of Product Marketing and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution plans for cross-product efforts in partnership with global Product Marketing Managers. They will be responsible for developing consolidated positioning and messaging, managing cross-product events and all aspects of enabling Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to market and sell across the Outreach portfolio in partnership with the broader PMM team to drive customer value, adoption, retention and growth.

Join the growing Product Marketing team as we expand the Outreach product portfolio to dominate the global markets in the Sales Execution Platform space, spanning customers from scrappy startups to some of the largest global enterprise companies in the world. We are a team that sits at the intersection of PDE (Product Development Engineering) and Marketing, translating innovative offerings into marketable, sellable products that deliver unmatched customer experiences and scale across the globe. Location: Open to remote in the United States.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Aggregating release items from across the Outreach portfolio to build and deliver a compelling customer facing roadmap
  • Developing a proficiency on Outreach products, the Outreach Sales Execution Platform and Command of the Message best practices; be known as a product and customer subject matter expert
  • Creating and managing the go-to-market plan cross-product initiatives and events in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing and Packaging, Sales and Post-Sale teams
  • Understanding of our competitive landscape to clearly articulate differentiators and gaps across Outreach’s products and services
  • Coordinating messaging across products to drive a compelling story for each major release and event in market
  • Working with all areas of marketing to drive event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, PR and content to increase product adoption and grow our customer base
  • Executing on key deliverables including: customer facing roadmaps, customer event content and strategic initiatives driven by the business

Basic Qualifications

  • 7 plus years of experience working as a product marketer in the technology industry
  • Experience defining go-to-market strategies
  • Proficient understanding of SaaS technology and landscape
  • Proven ability to drive key business objectives
  • Quick decision making for impactful outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to delivery clear and compelling customer-facing messaging and materials
  • Experience working with sales teams 
  • Bachelor’s degree
