About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who will build our regional marketing strategy and help shape our go-to-market plans for North America to Asia. Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, we are looking for expertise in understanding the needs of remittance senders and receivers and will work collaboratively across the product and marketing teams to significantly increase our corridor share in our important Asian corridors such as India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Vietnam, and China. You bridge the gap between the Marketing and the Product Management teams and ensure that our product lands successfully in market. You also partner closely with the broader Marketing, Business Strategy & Analytics, and Business Development teams to bring to market customer experiences that bring peace of mind every step of the way.
You Will:
- You will build, define, and optimize our marketing strategies and plan of approach for Asia with the goal of delivering on our customer acquisition and monthly active user goals. This includes ensuring the right level of focus and investment on the most important growth corridors.
- You will lead synchronized planning and prioritization between Product and Marketing to ensure the teams are working on the highest impact areas for our most important Asian corridors region
- You will create enablement tools and materials that allow teams to better understand our competitive and market positioning, new feature launches, and promotional offers.
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing and Marketing Strategy with experience in leading successful go-to-market launches
- You are highly effective in working across different teams to scope, prioritize, and build alignment and support for new business cases or solutions
- You are an experienced people manager who can hire and develop exceptional people
- You are customer-centric and data-driven. You can start from a white space problem and develop hypotheses, an analytical framework, and develop a well-written business case
