The Role


Outreach is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to evangelize Outreach’s products both internally and across our customers and the market. This role will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing - Product GTM and will work with Product, Marketing, & our GTM teams to develop product stories, best practices, & tools that demonstrate how to get the most value out of our products. This is a hybrid role in which you need to be a product marketer, evangelist, and content marketer.


Base is a highly technical audience and you will be expected to create a vibrant and engaged community which helps drive the product’s continued growth and direction. Because of the dynamic nature of this role, you will be expected to work with various groups (product, developers, sales, marketing) to develop new ideas and approaches to demonstrate the above mentioned goals.


The right candidate will have a proven ability to tell customer stories, produce content, and partner deeply with Sales.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • “Outreach on Outreach” Program - you will manage Outreach’s product thought leadership program that demonstrates product best practices and use cases from our own team. You’ll partner with Sales & Revenue Operations to generate ideas & own the program’s editorial strategy.
  • Content Development - produce content, tools, and guides that accelerates customers’ understanding of Outreach’s products and best practices for implementation and usage.
  • Product Advocacy - develop new ideas and approaches to spreading the value of Outreach’s products with customers and the market. This will include meeting customers, building best practices, developing content, leveraging social media, hosting webinars, and presenting at conferences.
  • New Product Launches - partner with Product & Marketing to drive successful product launches by supporting GTM enablement as a subject matter expert & developing supporting advocacy programs that drive product adoption & usage.
  • Product Expert - Maintaining a proficiency on Outreach’s and key competitor product capabilities, and sales process best practices; be known as a product and customer subject matter expert.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as a product marketer or customer-facing role in the technology industry
  • Experience with Outreach and other Sales Engagement Platforms strong preferred
  • Proficient understanding of SaaS technology, vernacular and landscape
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and a track record for delivering clear and compelling customer-facing materials or content
