Smartsheet is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to identify, build and scale our great customer stories for internal and external use. This marketing professional will own our customer storytelling strategy as well as drive effective cross-team execution to land the best stories possible in marketing and internal motions. The successful candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker and an excellent storyteller with a passion for customers and the work they are doing with Smartsheet.
This position is located in Smartsheet's headquarters in Bellevue, WA.
Responsibilities:

• Build compelling stories that showcase our customers and how they use Smartsheet
• Analyze how customers use Smartsheet today and the future of work execution
• Structure and strategize where, when, and how we tell customer stories
• Socialize initiatives with executives, marketing leaders, and sales leaders
• Drive and execute these strategies to fruition
• Determine messages to tell the Smartsheet story through the eyes of our customers
• Create customer content easily assimilated by sales, communications, and demand generation teams to tell a consistent and compelling story
• Research competitor products and strategies

Requirements:

• Passionate storyteller and love for customers
• Demonstrated strategic and critical thinker
• Motivated by ambiguity and ability to create
• Experience in marketing technical and software solutions
• Proven ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, product management, and engineering organizations
• 5+ years of work in a related field
• B.A./B.S. Degree required, M.B.A. preferred
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
