Job Description

The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns product marketing for PayScale's global enterprise product, MarketPay.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Work with Clients, Sales, and CS to develop insights that inform product strategy and roadmap
  • Own go-to-market and lead collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market plans for your product
  • Work with Sales and Client Success teams to develop assets that support and strengthen our value prop
  • Build product demos and stories for customer facing teams
  • Own the product definition processes for your product, including positioning and key product messaging
  • Responsible for analyst relations
  • Work with Demand Generation, Client Marketing, and Content teams on the development and strategy for product launch activities, product content and integrated outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Support Sales Enablement activities in educating internal and external audiences regarding new product and features
  • Deliver presentations, webinars, Q&A, and conduct client research in an articulated and authentic format

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION: BS/BA required in the fields of Business, Marketing or related area. MBA is a plus.
  • EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years in enterprise software or B2B technology in a product marketing or related discipline.
  • Writing skills are critical. This role creates content in the form of datasheets, product briefs, blog posts, Powerpoint presentations, video scripts, etc
  • Ability to 100% own initiatives. A motivated self-starter who can operate and execute with a sense of urgency, discipline and focus.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with a cross-functional team consisting of Sales, Product Management, Client Success, and Marketing
  • Proven experience growing a technology organization a plus
