What will you be responsible for:

  • This role will create & drive all product marketing activities for our customer feedback platform AND help us bring our new platform to market.
    • You will own buyer persona development and deep understanding of the buyer journey, and influencers who impact the purchase decision
    • You will own the product messaging & positioning frameworks
    • You will own all go to market materials, customer success materials, and prospect-facing materials such as white papers, case studies, learning center, etc.
    • You will develop sales enablement materials, demo content/scripts, sales sheets, playbooks, and deliver sales training
    • You will develop the product launch strategy and manage on-going marketing programs & campaigns that drive demand
    • You will create and present GTM materials to internal stakeholders and to customers
    • You will own market intelligence and act as the voice of the customer inside of Apptentive

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of related experience (i.e. market research, managing SaaS launches, developing and messaging and positioning across channels, etc.), ideally with B2B SaaS experience
  • Passion for defining and launching products in a matrixed, multi-channel and fast-paced environment and in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must possess a strong ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content for both internal consumption and for customers
  • Knowledge of buyer research best practices and how to gather current/prospective customer data in order to employ buyer insights in the development of messaging and positioning
  • A visible passion for data-driven decision-making and experience in distilling complex, analytically dense products into client-facing solutions
  • Experience working with PM’s to translate customer pain points to influence new features
  • Teamwork skills a must; the ability to work closely and cross-functionally with product management & engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Education BS/BA,-MBA a plus
  • Our new platform will be API-driven so you must have experience working with developers
