Position Summary

Swiftly is a growing organization and looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to partner cross-functionally to develop and bring Swiftly’s platform offerings (Retail, Media, Analytics) to the market. You will bring an in-depth understanding of the retail and/or media industry, help to identify market opportunities, and will drive the go-to-market strategy. You will represent the market for our Product team and will represent the product within the market. You will be the central point of contact for our internal teams for all questions related to product positioning and functionality. 


The ideal candidate will have prior experience partnering with Product, Sales and Marketing on building and executing go-to-market strategies. With a current emphasis on the Media platform, success in this position requires a strong understanding of how salespeople, agencies and brands (specifically, CPG) buy and evaluate advertising campaigns within the digital advertising ecosystem. An understanding of retail media networks and digital advertising within broader CPG marketing initiatives (brand management, trade marketing, etc.), from both a technical and a strategic perspective, is preferred. This person must be a flexible cross-functional team player who is comfortable within a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Produce market assessments entailing competitive analysis, opportunity sizing, customer segmentation and feedback collection to help Product Managers define/refine product requirements and roadmap 
  • Define and execute against product go-to-market strategies including managing product Alpha and Beta testing to capture customer needs that must be met for successful launch 
  • Lead the development of product positioning, collateral, case studies, training and content for Sales, clients and external channels 
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams in handling inbound questions on our products 
  • Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to set cross-functional product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of our products

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product marketing, product strategy, advertising technology, digital advertising, or media buying/analytics a must 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or a related discipline 
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, retail media, app/web analytics, and/or mobile technology platforms 
  • Experience defining and executing go-to-market plans 
  • Track record of influencing the product roadmap by gathering and analyzing customer and market feedback (being the voice of the customer) and translating them into product requirements 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated experience collaborating with different teams and managing multiple stakeholders at various levels 
  • Strong organizational, data-driven analytical and story-telling skills 
  • A fast learner and self-starter who can sift and navigate through information and input from various stakeholders 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of CPG advertising, retail media, retailer app, app/web analytics, loyalty programs, and/or mobile technology 
  • Experience conducting exercises applying statistics, math and analytics 
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau
