Founded in 2016, Migo built and tested an alpha and beta product before releasing its official first version in iPhone in the late summer of 2017 in a few select cities. Now with more than 70k users across North America, the company has raised a Series A round from venture and strategic partners in the US, Europe and Asia and is set to grow rapidly in the Mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) space.

As the Senior User Acquisition Manager you will work with our creative team and own targeting, building out audiences and segments across multiple digital channels including UAC, Facebook, Social and Mobile, directing and optimizing all spend into these performance channels. A rigorous testing and analysis background in digital marketing with a focus on effective mobile app download campaigns will be essential to the role. The successful technical Sr. User Acquisition Manager will be detail oriented, have the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, while combining the ability to 'think outside of the box' to achieve outstanding results

What You'll Do:

Working hand-in-hand with our creative content manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Plan partner acquisition campaigns for application install, activation and retargeting etc.
  • Work with ad platforms like UAC/GDN, FB and others at a granular level to scale campaigns effectively across multiple markets (globally in 2019)
  • Manage day-to-day performance to ensure campaigns are scaling at goal ROI; this includes managing daily reporting
  • Collaborate with the social media content manager on creative requests and help come up with testing opportunities
  • A/B test creative and ad copy on Facebook and Google Adwords
  • Execute paid media performance reporting for the paid media campaigns
  • Provide campaign trend reporting for larger team knowledge sharing
  • Analyze acquired user behavior to improve campaign performance
  • Develop reporting to communicate campaign performance to the leadership team and board
  • Assist in forecasting and management of budget
  • Have the ability to develop new campaign/advertising strategies to drive increased performance over time

What We Look For:

  • Undergraduate degree; mathematics background preferred
  • 4-6 yrs. of user acquisition and/or paid media experience in fast-paced marketing environment
  • Experience creating and managing paid social, native, display or search programs
  • Optimization experience in direct response, user acquisition campaigns
  • Example partners we value experience in include Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager, or any other 3rd party media buying platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and acquisition concepts
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, problem solving abilities and formulating tangible solutions
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and work with complex data sets to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decisions, and measure outcome
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill (written and oral).
  • Experience in mobile or mobile apps preferred
  • Interest in developing leadership skills to eventually build and manage a team
  • Experience working with:
  • Reporting tools Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Adjust, or others
  • Remarketing and conversion pixels
  • App analytics tools like Appsflyer
