Stackline is looking for a Marketing Operations Superstar to join our Revenue Operations team and design, implement and optimize the demand generation engine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the design of automated processes and establishing the objective criteria to help us convert prospects into opportunities. We are looking for someone who loves to geek out on data, process and automation. Big bonus points for having a creative side that drives you to connect with target personas in innovative ways throughout the customer lifecycle. Define KPI’s across the business funnel so that we can continuously measure, assess, and improve marketing campaigns. You will work closely with all related functions (e.g. Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Operations) while also having the autonomy to make a personal impact on the business.   • Develop a vision and implement the framework for marketing operations and measurement 
  • Utilize Marketo to build and execute marketing campaigns including campaign flows, email creation, developing dynamic content and complex nurture streams, landing page creation, form creation, webinars, lead scoring, and more 
  • Own, measure, and iterate on full-funnel processes required to achieve lead qualification and lead velocity milestones 
  • Improve our integration between Marketo and other applications to ensure campaign tracking and proper ROI measuring for campaign analysis 
  • Assist in the definition and reporting of department and execute level KPI’s across the marketing funnel; including, lead conversion, attribution and velocity metrics 
  • Identify marketing funnel improvement areas, and develop process/engagement solutions with the marketing and sales team 
  • Oversee the implementation of ABM best practices and technologies to provide measurements of success 

Desired Skills

  • Expert level knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce to drive automation, campaign execution and full-funnel analysis 
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to isolate patterns, trends, or flags to make business-improving decisions and recommendations 
  • Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and take initiative with leading high-impact projects 
  • Able to drive a project from conception to completion, while balancing scope, quality and velocity 
  • You exhibit an enthusiastic, can-do spirit and approach your work with curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment 
  • Strong ability to project manage and to remain detail-oriented while working with numerous stakeholders 
  • You have a demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal growth and development 
  • Advanced skills in Marketo (certification preferred), Salesforce (certification preferred) 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Sirius Demand Waterfall model or equivalent best practices 
  • Comfort with identifying and setting priorities in evolving environments 


  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience 
  • Advanced experience with Marketo and Salesforce 
  • Experience implementing ABM solutions 
  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and effectively influence senior business partners 
  • Knowledge of SaaS KPI’s and lead funnel reporting; Sirius Demand Waterfall model a plus
