Marketing Automation Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the marketing tech stack by leading the administration and management of integrations, lead routing, field mapping and optimizations of functionalities
- Troubleshoot and QA workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions
- Manage the evaluation and implementation of new marketing tech
- Work daily in Pardot, Outreach, Salesforce, and Bizible to ensure consistent tracking and routing workflows
- Support the company-wide account prioritization strategy through data modeling and ABM technologies
- Provide strategic guidance on marketing automation campaigns for customers and internal marketing teams
- Support the optimization of lead scoring and routing methodology to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates
- Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology
- Quickly implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships
- Manage the lead enrichment strategy for improving the quality of the database (prospect and customer) to enable effective segmentation and profiling
- Ensure required data is captured at all buyer engagement stages and accurate multi-touch attribution is reported
- Act as the main point of contact for the marketing team to partner with the revenue operations, BI & Analytics, and InfoSec teams
- Work with the team to build marketing analytics reporting and develop insights to make recommendations on areas for optimization and improve performance benchmarks.
- Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key marketing processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years minimum experience in marketing automation, demand gen or similar role.
- 2+ Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, full-funnel operations and working with sales teams preferred
- Expert user of marketing automation systems (Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo or similar)
- Proficient user of Salesforce, familiarity with automation rules and triggers a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data sets
- Proficient user of Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar is a nice-to-have.
