About the Position

Qumulo is looking for a data-driven growth marketer who will play an integral role in planning and executing marketing campaigns and strategy.

In this role, you will own the ongoing analysis of marketing KPIs and channels. You will use your insights to collaborate with the digital marketing team to test and optimize marketing channels. You will not only uncover the most impactful strategies (based on data), but also execute on those strategies on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical background – with a desire to grow business in clear, measurable ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and communicate/distribute across the organization best practices for marketing automation
  • Optimize audience segmentation supporting email programs in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Business Analytics to enable

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years marketing automation experience
  • Proven experience in setting up Marketo lifecyle journeys, enabling automation to scale
  • Experience in hypergrowth environment where 
  • Be very familiar with lead scoring methodologies
  • Drift chat
  • Proficiency with all components of marketing tech stack including reporting and analytics platforms, marketing automation, and digital media. 
  • Fluent in Marketo and Salesforce, preferably an admin or master in botho
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Drift, Google Tag Manager, and ZoomInfo preferred
  • A growth mindset – open, curious, determined – a lifelong learner
