Sr. Marketing Manager, Outbound at Expedia Group
Expedia Group is looking for a talented individual to join our omnichannel communication and customer contact strategy team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the worldwide marketing team responsible for the strategy and execution of Expedia Group’s global outbound communications programs and management of the customer lifecycle.
Within the Customer Marketing org, the role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure app and SMS communications are critically integrated in the overall outbound communication strategy to deliver a cohesive cross channel experience.

What You Will Do:
Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform the outbound comms marketing strategy and roadmap, contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns in the mobile and social media space to grow active users, optimize app engagement and drive low cost repeat;
Define the end to end experience, cadence, segmentation for both trigger and broader evergreen marketing, transactional and service campaigns
Define, prioritize and execute omnichannel campaigns, from creative briefs, audience/segmentation definition, final review and testing
Partner with CRM Product and Engineering teams to prioritize new features and solutions to grow Expedia global cross channel notifications footprint, automate campaigns and release new channels
Develop and scale content sources including integration of internal and external APIs and add value to the app experience
What You Bring:
5+ years digital marketing experience preferred
You understand the mobile ecosystem and the strategic marketing capabilities of social media channels
Understands product and is used to working with Agile methodologies
Ability to conceptualize business problems and solving them through data analysis
You have developed innovative communications that drive engagement in the mobile space, including push/app and SMS channels
Experience working on a global Comms team, with proven skills across multiple regions
