Job Description

Accolade is looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to execute and manage digital advertising programs and roadmap. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, and partnering across marketing, this candidate will create and manage new digital advertising B2B campaigns, deploy bid management optimization strategy and execution, define and launch ad testing and landing page frameworks and prepare digital campaign performance reports. The keys to success in this role are confidence, accountability and a cross functional action-oriented attitude. This role must be West-Coast based.

A day in the life…

· Collaborate and execute cross functionally with marketing team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and lead gen inquiry targets in a B2B setting.

· Create, own and deploy new digital campaigns (paid search, display banner, paid social, remarketing) utilizing advertising publisher platforms(Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display ABM).

· Develop and research keyword opportunities to build and expand upon existing paid search architecture.

· Develop and report on paid search keyword and ad copy performance optimizing click through rate.

· Work with design and business stakeholders to produce and assess digital advertising landing page testing frameworks, optimizing to conversion rate.

· Define and own digital ad testing frameworks across digital publishers and ad networks.

· Proactively identify and implement other potential campaign improvements, optimizations and digital channel opportunity.

· Manage keyword research tools, competitive analysis, monthly budget management and roadmap planning.

· Work with marketing operations to track and measure digital inquiry creation vs goal within reporting framework and dashboards.

· Create campaign and other digital reporting to illustrate digital program efficacy.

· Monitor new trends in search and other digital advertising channels and make recommendations to marketing and the business.

· Manage new cross functional projects and campaigns from initiation to completion.

· Work with the business stakeholders to define expectation timelines and deliverables of digital campaigns.

· Translate business goals into deliverables.



Qualifications

What we are looking for…

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field & experience.

· 5 yr experience in SEM, Google, Bing, paid social and other digital banner platform channel experience.

· 3-5 yr of strong B2B digital advertising background and experience.

· 3-5 yr familiarity with Google Analytics or other third-party analytics, tag management, and optimization tools.

· 3 yr familiarity with leveraging Salesforce CRM data to develop advertising audiences to influence the buyers journey and pipeline acceleration.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office other digital marketing tools that enable success.

· Familiarity with BI and data visualization software (Tableau).

· Excellent communications skills to deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting and other presentation needs.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, high degree of professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

· Must have the ability to multitask and work within firm deadlines and ambiguity.

· Prior experience running robust paid search programs.

· Prior experience and knowledge with SEO tools and best practices is a plus.

· Agency experience or experience working with multiple B2B advertisers is a plus.
