Ekata is looking for a ​high-performing Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, ​to join our growing global marketing team. This role is based in our Seattle HQ, yet responsible for supporting our global partnership teams across EMEA, APAC, North America and LATAM. We are looking for a dedicated partner marketer who will make a visible impact on relationships within our global partner ecosystem to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth through partner programs. The role owns all aspects of the business partner marketing strategy, including planning, creating co-marketing plans, communicating, and ensuring quality execution of the plans. You will work closely with the global Partner team, the rest of the global Marketing team, Account Services, Industry SMEs, and the business and marketing contacts at the partners. This will require you to be ​an extremely strong, effective collaborator and communicator working across key stakeholders to drive outcomes and alignment. In this role you will have to think and act both strategically and tactically and leverage both your analytical and creative talents. The ideal candidate will be able to hold their own with executives, be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about proving the power of partner marketing.

In the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager role you will:
 

  • Build, own and iterate on all aspects of partner marketing including planning, messaging, collateral, campaigns, training, and plan execution for all three key categories of ownership (direct to the partner, joint-partner teaming, and needs for partner’s end customers)

  • Launch a team-wide partner engagement framework to leverage to build scale and repeatability with strategic and growth partnerships

  • Develop partner marketing playbooks to scale campaigns and test marketing success.

  • Own the marketing relationships with our channel partners’ marketing counterparts to

    establish tight relationships that lead to more joint opportunities

  • Directly influence and drive partner marketing programs for partner retention and growth across all regions and industry segments.

  • Work with demand generation, product marketing and corporate communications teams to plan and execute partner campaigns, events, co-marketing opportunities and other promotional events

  • Develop and consistently report out on partner marketing engagement, enablement, and performance metrics - using tools such Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other data to inform decisions

  • Scope, build and maintain a partner portal

Our ideal Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will have:
 

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of channel product marketing experience in a global B2B software or technology environment

  • Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners

  • Able to develop partner marketing strategies and frameworks, but also to drive the execution of strategies

  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have strong bias for action

  • Project management skills; multi-tasker able to meet deadlines and build stakeholder relationships despite ambiguous or shifting requirements

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear and compelling language

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations.

  • Up to 35% travel

Nice to haves: 

  • Experience in data management or fraud management industries

  • Marketplaces partner programs and enablement experience
