The Challenge
The Qualtrics Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced product marketer to develop our GTM strategy for the Developer Audience and own messaging, positioning, and GTM for xFlow, our native no-code/low-code workflow orchestration engine that helped our customers complete over 1.5 billion actions last year. Having created one of the fastest growing application categories in Enterprise SaaS, we are now on a mission to build an ecosystem of developers and partners who can leverage our Qualtrics XM platform to provide unique solutions for our diverse customers. This is a unique opportunity to develop an extensibility and integrations narrative, build a developer community that powers our ecosystem and drive GTM for a critical component of our XM Operating System.
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of B2B Marketing experience with an emphasis on the Developer Audience and Ecosystem, core product marketing proficiency, experience working directly with product teams on highly technical products, developing powerful storytelling and driving integrated go-to-market motions. In this role you will build out our developer audience GTM motion, drive strategic partnerships with our Ecosystem and GSIs, own end-to-end GTM for xFlow, partner across business units to integrate releases across buying groups, drive enablement across all GTM functions including Sales, CS, Delivery, and Partner teams, and continue growing our xFlow brand. You will bring a high degree of emotional intelligence, an ability to influence across teams, leaders and organizational boundaries, a self-starter approach and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
The Expectation for Success
Qualtrics PMMs are responsible for full-stack GTM leadership for their line of business or product, defining strategic direction, and driving execution to achieve long-term business goals. Success will be measured by platform adoption. You will be expected to know the Developer Audience and xFlow deeply and technically so that you can define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible GTM strategy. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative with the following primary responsibilities:
- Own messaging, positioning, and differentiated value prop development along with high quality collateral, field enablement and training materials for xFlow and our extensibility and integrations capabilities
- Partner closely with Product and the Ecosystem team to develop and execute a GTM motion for the developer audience that over time is nurtured into a community
- Own and lead Tier 1 launches across the Developer Platform and xFlow
- Partner with Product to influence and communicate roadmap
- Own and drive consistent and clear enablement across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Partner organizations including development of pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards etc.
- Become a SME of the Developer Platform and xFlow enabling line-of-business PMMs with necessary collateral to understand the innovation and integrate it into their GTM motions where relevant
- Develop, manage and execute on a strategic pipeline of customer references
- Partner with PR to keep a consistent and engaging drumbeat for the developer audience
- Partner with Web teams to update or develop all relevant web pages
- Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends, customer and partner needs and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace
Compensation Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $119K - 217K per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
