About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager II for Uber Eats Merchants, you will help craft go-to-market strategies and plans for new products and features. You'll be a key contributor to business strategy in partnership with product, sales, and operations teams. The right candidate is adept at developing user and industry insights, influencing the product roadmap, and developing product value propositions and messaging.
Responsibilities

  • Shape product narratives and customer strategies, including audience definition, end-to-end product positioning, and comms architecture.
  • Lead and implement go-to-market plans and growth strategies for global products, marketing to Merchants across a variety of verticals.
  • Produce outstanding product communications, from marketing campaigns to sales materials.
  • Collaborate with our regional marketing teams around the world to set strategy for their regions and cities, support their marketing efforts and take findings from local and regional teams to guide our global strategy.
  • Test, iterate and measure the impact campaigns have on adoption/awareness and adjust accordingly to optimize for results and critical metrics.
  • Articulate and deliver on the strategy for your product lines.
  • Work among high-performing engineers, designers and product managers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid technology/operations environment.


Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years demonstrated experience in product marketing with a focus on B2B or B2B2C marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • An ability to capture data and create an insightful story, influence decision making and drive growth.
  • Outstanding market research skills including an understanding of the market, customers and competition with the ability to integrate this information into growth strategies.
  • Experience crafting a compelling narrative across different channels - matching the message to the medium.
  • A "driver" personality: You're biased toward action, an excellent collaborator and master disambiguator/simplifier. You never stop pushing towards transparency and delivery.
  • Ability to articulate the essence of products and the value they build. Experience developing a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy.
  • A 'roll up your sleeves' mentality with the desire to be hands-on and seek out challenges.
