About the Role:

RealSelf is looking for a Sr Product Marketing Manager to join the Consumer Marketing team. The Sr Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing consumer programs including identifying the target audience, defining the consumer experience, refining new product and features, developing positioning, and working cross-functionally to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns. 

A successful candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (interpreting consumer behavior and preferences to generate bold innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing product features, analyzing traffic and conversions data and solving problems). This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel and possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.

The Sr Product Marketing Manager who joins the team should be passionate about the beauty/aesthetics category, and be ready to jump into a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment. 

In this role you will: 

• Be the voice and champion of the consumer -own the consumer product market vision and partner with product to execute the strategy.
• Own work streams across multiple cross functional teams to get products to market including: customer segmentation and positioning, product offering, roadmap and prioritization.
• Develop and test a consumer purchase and loyalty program that gamifies engagement and repeat traffic.
• Development of product positioning and customer facing strategy. 
• Own campaign strategy and execution from end-to-end: planning, collaboration with channels owners (email, PR, community, paid marketing, Creative), reporting, and optimization to maximize business impact.
• Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.

About You - 

You may be the right fit if you have: 

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Deep experience developing and optimizing consumer loyalty programs.
• Experience partnering with Data Science to develop and activate consumer segmentations & engagement models.
• Experience leading go-to-market consumer monetization product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, and PR teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, strategic and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results.
