Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Igneous is a new approach to Unstructured Data Management. Designed to overcome the modern challenges of file and object data at multi-petabyte scale - Igneous is deployable onsite, offsite, in any cloud, and for any protocol - allowing IT leaders and data owners to discover, protect, and move datasets at blazing speeds. Our customers range from organizations working on cutting-edge cancer research to studios creating the world's favorite films, and more. They all have one thing in common: massive unstructured data and the need to effectively manage it.
This role will span initiatives across Product Marketing Strategy, Messaging and GTM execution. This individual should have a demonstrated track record of planning and executing thoughtful marketing strategies. Reports to the Head of Product and Content Marketing while working closely with senior leadership and strategic external partners.
As a Senior/Director Product Marketing Manager at Igneous, you will:
- Collaborate with product management to bring new products to market and work closely with Head of Product Marketing to define GTM goals and objectives.
- Develop market, audience and competitive insights that help define our product vision and GTM strategy.
- Keep ahead of channel and industry news, partner ecosystem business models, and competitive landscapes.
- Partner with internal leadership to create product marketing strategy (positioning, value-prop creation, messaging frameworks, etc.)
- Activate product marketing strategy via integrated campaigns that engage target audiences, change market perceptions and ultimately drive more sales.
- Earn trust of field sales and partner ecosystem by effectively enabling teams with the proper sales assets and tools.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support sales at key partner events and industry conferences.

Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in product marketing, product management or business strategy roles.
- Experience developing messaging and GTM strategies to acquire Enterprise customers.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience with software as a service (SaaS)
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data.
- This is a senior, individual-contributor role with a growth-track to people management.
- MBA desirable, but not a barrier for exceptional candidates.
