The Role

The Vice President of Product Marketing is responsible for delivering world-class programs that drive revenue, increase renewals and sustain Outreach’s industry-leading customer adoption. We are searching for an exceptional leader to evolve our Product Marketing function as we rapidly launch new products and capabilities.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Leading, developing and inspiring a world-class product marketing team to do their best work.
  • Driving the delivery of priorities and programs that operationalize customer obsession. 
  • Leading the development and execution of successful end-to-end product marketing launches that prepare, inspire and engage stakeholders.
  • Creating differentiated value propositions & messaging that sustain Outreach's #1 position in the rapidly evolving Sale Engagement Platform space.
  • Developing impactful pricing, licensing and packaging for current and future products.
  • Landing compelling product roadmap presentations with customers, prospects, partners, press, analysts, and investors.
  • Creating thought leadership campaigns that increase Outreach's brand reach and drives significant momentum.

Basic Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of SaaS technology and expert at B2B marketing with the ability to rapidly gain an in-depth knowledge of the Outreach product and sales engagement industry.
  • Engaging and talented storyteller who can develop and land compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Highly developed writing capability and exceptional ability to develop new thought-provoking content and thought leadership materials.
  • Exceptional ability to drive key business objectives with data-driven, fact-based insights that lead to well-informed strategic plans, quick decision making and impactful outcomes.
  • Expertise in influencing and creating strong relationships with customers, prospects, partners, press, analysts and investors.
  • Proven effectiveness in customer presentation, negotiation and representing the company on matters of significant organizational impact
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver on key milestones.
  • Enthusiastic willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and do whatever it takes.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent, and highly collaborative.
  • Ability to grow team capacity to meet current and long-term needs.
  • Excellent at attracting, selecting, hiring and on-boarding top talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive work environment that celebrates, encourages and facilitates diversity of thought.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at growth-stage companies or driving significant revenue growth at scale is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA strongly preferred
