Website Marketing Manager
About the Role:
DreamBox’s Marketing team is looking for a Website Marketing Manager to lead web design, development, and UX to create a website and landing pages that are intuitive, drive leads, and optimize for SEO. The Website Manager will define, prioritize, implement, and communicate website improvements. You will also drive SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Project management of website launch.
- Publishing & maintaining website content through the CMS (Laravel Nova and WordPress).
- Building landing pages using CMS pre-build modules and Marketo HTML templates.
- Creating and prioritizing website tickets and requests to define bugs and enhancements.
- Managing communication with our website agency, including leading weekly planning calls to prioritize development tickets. Provide updates to DreamBox team leaders.
- Building and leading an SEO strategy by conducting keyword research using SEMRush and coordinating with marketing content team members.
- Managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to improve website performance.
- Proactively reviewing DreamBox.com to identify & implement improvements.
About You:
- 7+ years of marketing website management experience
- Fluent in HTML and CSS
- Experience managing headless marketing websites sites, preferred
- Graphic design and UI/UX experience, preferred
- Proven experience launching a new website; defining goals, project management of deliverables, and leading stakeholder communication
- Experience using marketing analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics) and SEO tools (ex. SEMRush)
- Strong English written and communication skills
- Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail; strong QA and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with deployment processes and git repositories
- Experience managing website agency partnerships
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
