This role is responsible for defining team organization and ways of working by developing standardized processes and frameworks that improve efficiency and support change management. The position maintains awareness of competitive promotional strategies and loyalty trends, contributing to industry assessments that inform near-, medium-, and long-term customer-driven strategies.
The role supports the execution of near-term membership initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain members, including setting measurable goals, tracking progress, creating testing plans, and partnering cross-functionally to bring strategies to life. The role also contributes to the development of future membership experience roadmaps by generating data-backed growth ideas, developing business cases, and prioritizing opportunities across defined criteria.
Additionally, it produces executive-ready deliverables and provides clear, consistent communication of objectives, status, tactics, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 4+ years of practical experience, including loyalty marketing or digital marketing experience; experience working for a marketplace company or company with a subscription model is a plus
- Experience developing, forecasting and executing promotional offers
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, adapting to a dynamic environment to change scope and focus with ease
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including stakeholders at all levels
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; must have experience storytelling through data and slide presentations
- Ability to travel up to 0-25% of the time, as required

Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

All other locations:
$51,400-$102,900Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
