Job Description

Developing and executive the commercial strategy for the Region including customer strategy, pricing, execution and deal strategy for Germany (player coach) and rest of Northern Europe

Design and execute commercial turnaround of Germany region – protect existing backlog, restructure, rehire and retrain the team to improve culture and commercial intensity. Develop new customer engagement plans

Represent the sales region within GEV´s commercial organization and fight for the region´s needs and requirements to achieve its agreed targets

Acting as the team´s customer escalation point for customer issues problem solving cross-functionally on execution and O&M particularly around quality where major issues remain

Lead the strategy for advocacy and associations representing GEV externally in Advocacy, Associations and other market enablers

Own the market insights for the region marketing analysis, product definition

Provide country leadership cross-functionally in Germany

Develop strategies to win wind new unit equipment orders in a competitive market environment

Provide strong analytical skills to match customer problem statement with internal solution

Navigate ambiguity, leveraging critical thinking to secure new unit orders at an acceptable return for GEV

Strong understanding of Wind industry environment, able to understand customer business strategies, engage at C-suite level and act as trusted advisor to Customers

Strong negotiation skills; setting negotiations strategy and acting as escalation point for customer and deal teams in deal negotiations

Strategic mindset

Inspires, motivates, and directs a high-performing regional sales team, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.

Exhibits exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with senior executives, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and trust on region strategy

Strong ambassador and representative of GE Vernova to Senior C-suite customers and industry stakeholders in Wind Core Market.
