As an Account Director (AD) at Xealth, you will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to drive the strategy and integration of Xealth and Xealth Partner Solutions into healthcare IT environments. The AD role is instrumental in driving client success. An AD must work closely with clinical and executive stakeholders to identify high value solutions for healthcare organizations, and interact frequently with healthcare organizations to help them develop a successful digital health strategy with the Xealth platform.

Specific responsibilities include duties in Client Account Management, Contracting, Client Onboarding, Use Case Identification and Implementation, Post Implementation support, User group management, some Product Facing responsibilities, and may include other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management:

The Account Director will:

  • Create a robust strategy for each client. This will include developing a strategy to maximize both revenue and strategic value.
  • Build relationships with clients, specifically around digital health with health system peers
  • Share best practices developed from use cases of clients,
  • Work to evangelize standardization of use cases across systems
  • Interface with Xealth User Group in order to build community
  • Manage communication and reach out to clients for events and/or networking opportunities
  • Lead discussions on product roadmap with their clients
  • Provide regular status updates during Xealth account sync meetings 

Contracting:

The Account Director will:

  • Manage Pre-Contract work and tasks with each client, including exploration of new use cases, vendor integration needs, technical feasibility analysis, and other tasks as appropriate.
  • Communicate and implement the PO and Invoicing process with each client

Customer Onboarding responsibilities:

The Account Director will:

  • Initiate EHR discovery process (pre-contract)
  • Manage pre-contract document exchange (deployment checklist light, product overview, etc)
  • Define Analytics and reporting requirements for Health System
  • Manage specific aspects of client Kick-Off, post contract signing:
    • Organize initial health system kickoff across groups and introduce client to how they will engage with the Implementation Manager and Solution Architect Roles
    • Ensure all parties, including the AD, have appropriate knowledge of product capabilities
    • Initiate Health System Governance Process Modeling and Review
    • Deeply Understand pain points at health system and how to address through Xealth Solutions
    • High Level Scope and Workshop for use cases as needed (Service Line, IP / OP), identify potential partners

Use case identification and Implementation:

The Account Director will:

  • Lead client outreach to build and drive appropriate and successful use cases
  • Create business cases for requests for features/ideas coming from Health System
  • Determine success metrics with clients (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Explore and understand workflow information for concept proposal
  • Submit concept proposals

Post Implementation Support

The Account Director will:

  • Coordinate Xealth Portal metrics mapping to Success Factors
  • Communicate and coordinate billing process with customer

User Group Creation and Management

The Account Director will:

  • Invite appropriate level clients to participate in user group
  • Provide input on user group charter
  • Determine which client stories to showcase
  • Invite clients to present at user group
  • Liaise with clients to gather presentations for user group

Product Facing Responsibilities

The Account Director will:

  • Create and develop appropriate businesses cases for new feature development

Requirements for the Account Director role:

  • 10+ years of Healthcare Technology Account Management, Sales, and/or Product experience, working with C-level stakeholders within enterprise health systems
  • Deep knowledge of EHR/EMR (Epic, Cerner, etc.) systems and technology, including experience with modern software products that integrate into these systems.
  • Ability to represent (eventually) in detail to stakeholders about how our technology works and integrates with their system
  • Experience introducing, integrating, and scaling a SaaS solution into enterprise healthcare companies
  • Previous Product or Project management experience 

 Bonus Round:

  • Existing relationships with Executive or IT decision makers within enterprise health systems
  • Experience in a startup environment with Health IT products that integrate into Epic or Cerner systems
  • A background in Engineering or Technical Product Management or Consulting around Digital Health strategies
  • Understanding of managing the product and account management lifecycle in the healthcare space with a SaaS based, highly-secure product that touches PHI.
