Account Executive

Amplero provides a truly concrete business application of Artificial Intelligence, allowing marketers to optimize their customer interactions at a scale not humanly possible. Responsibilities:

• Build a pipeline of targeted opportunities through the lens of Amplero’s ideal opportunity profile, across enterprises in multiple verticals

• Actively partner with the marketing team to strategically convert qualified leads; and with the customer success team to deliver customer whose expectations meet Amplero’s capabilities

• Develop credible revenue forecasts and consistently achieve individual revenue goals

• Exceed targets against key business metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS in a Martech and/or Adtech environment

• Broad and deep rolodex of executives/marketers (e.g. CMO, CIO) across B2C industries in target verticals (FinServ, Retail and Telecom)

• Deep experience selling to large, Fortune 500 enterprises

• Proven ability to manage complex and consultative sales cycles

• Has worked in an organization that has implemented an account based marketing/account based sales approach and has experience developing specific playbook to penetrate named accounts

• Familiarity with areas of marketing where beyond-human scale, advanced experimentation and machine learning capabilities are used for achieving marketing performance, for example, RTB, DMP’s in display advertising, Multivariate Testing

• Awareness, understanding and curiosity about data science and machine learning and a disposition towards understanding the tradeoffs at the interfaces of machine and human intelligence

• High achiever with a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organized, self-motivated, curious and competitive

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com

• Open to giving and receiving regular feedback in a transparent environment

• Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited Institution
