We’re hiring an outgoing, detail-oriented Loan Servicing Representative. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing fintech start-up and have a direct impact on the success of the business. In this role, you will be managing the monthly payment process for our growing number of clients, owning improvements to our systems as we scale our business and helping customers with their issues and questions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure timely and accurate payments from our clients each month
• Provide customer support to all clients via email and over the phone
• Manage clients’ compliance with their loan documents
• Maintain client loan data across all platforms
• Drive automation of the monthly payments process through technology and general process improvements
• Collaborate with Engineering to enhance the client-facing software to provide meaningful information, metrics and data back to clients
• Share client feedback with the company

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics or related field
• 1+ years experience in a high-touch customer service environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Passion for solving tough problems
• Interest in managing projects from inception to completion
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate on a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Willingness to jump on ad-hoc projects, as needed
• Bonus points for experience in an accounts receivable role or any tech/startup experience!
