Account Support Associate

Garmentory is hiring an Account Support Associate to join our Seattle-based team!

In this role, you will be working closely with Account Management, Customer Service, and Product Development teams as Store Support to our 900+ independent boutiques and designers. As the Account Support Associate, you will help diagnose and troubleshoot boutique and customer issues and work with Account Managers to find solutions to optimize boutique operations. You will spend most of your time interacting with our boutiques via phone and email to provide logistical and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Support our vendors with internal and external systems
  • Communicate via phone and email with our vendors to find solutions for technical and operational issues
  • Support our Customer Service and Account Management teams in investigating product and order issues
  • Aid boutique onboarding as the integration expert for product listing setup
  • Help answer questions from boutiques about how the platform functions
  • Work with our shipping partners to resolve any shipping issues with domestic and international boutiques 
  • Help with issuing boutique payments and payment-related questions
  • Manage vendor information within our systems 
  • Help vendors with issues pertaining to their sales and product listings
  • Maintain and update Help documentation for vendors


Qualifications

  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and self-directed
  • Naturally curious and a problem solver
  • Technological savvy is a must!
  • 2+ years working in customer support/service
  • Some software product experience
  • Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and other eCommerce platforms is a plus!
  • Knowledge of independent designers and boutiques is a plus!
